Background: The interaction of workers and work tools does not always have a good impact; the mismatch worker anthropometry impacts work-related diseases. Jobs with repetitive motions, manual lifting, awkward postures cause complaints CTDs. These impact decreased productivity and, in long run, permanent disability. This study aims to determine risk factors for CTDs complaints. Material methods: Analytical observational research quantitative approach cross-sectional design. population this is production at an Indonesian spinning dyeing factory company. sampling technique used Total Sampling. dependent variable Complaints CTDs, independent variables namely posture, gender, age, BMI, years service. instruments were questionnaires REBA. Univariable analysis frequency distribution bivariable chi-square test. Result: Work posture experiencing as much 90.9%, female sex 71.2%, old age 87.9%, BMI 56.1%, service ≥4 95.5%, there are very high 66.7%.
